About me
Hi, my name is Caroline 👋🏻 as a freelance designer, I partner with businesses to define a vision that extends UX & Branding in various digital areas.
10+ years of experience in User Experience Design
Among others, I work as a UX Designer for Flanders Opticians, designing (e-commerce) websites, and create digital content for opticians.
Next to that, I am freelance Product Designer at Smooth Sailing, collaborating on clients such as ecoinvent, Payflip, Dobby, and the Government of Flanders.
Prior to that, I worked for various start-ups and marketing agencies as a UX/Web Designer.

I leverage a hybrid approach that combines asynchronous productivity with focused synchronous discussions. We'll have up to 2 days a week for alignment meetings where we can discuss strategy and project goals.
The remaining time is dedicated to individual work, where I'll be readily available over Slack providing timely updates and sharing work in progress. This ensures efficient collaboration while maximizing productivity.
